Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swimwear (including one-pieces, high-waisted bottoms, and swim accessories)
- Graphic Tees with printed designs
- Final sale items (clearly marked in product description)
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Personalized or altered items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at:

- Wait for processing – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within:
- Credit card payments: 5-10 business days
- PayPal payments: 3-5 business days
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for sending the new item to you.
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To process an exchange:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you would like an exchange and specify the desired size/color
- Once we receive your return, we will ship the exchanged item to you
Note: If the item you wish to exchange for is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference. If it’s less expensive, we will refund you the difference.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective item).
For international returns, please note that any customs fees, taxes, or duties are non-refundable through Luxury Style Store.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
